A tragic accident in Thailand's northeastern region has left at least 19 people dead and 80 injured after a construction crane fell onto a passing train. The incident occurred on a Wednesday morning in the Sikhio district of Nakhon Ratchasima province, approximately 143 miles northeast of Bangkok. The train, en route from the capital to Ubon Ratchathani province, was carrying 195 passengers when the crane, which was working on a high-speed rail project, collapsed and struck the train, causing it to derail and catch fire.
